“ I have never had a bad experience at Melting Pot, but this past Easter Sunday, our server went way above and beyond. When Rosanna came to the table to take our drink order, I asked if they had peeps as a dipper for the chocolate fondue this year. They did this two years ago for Easter and we thought it was great, but they didn't have them last year. Rosanna apologized and said they did not have peeps again this year. I told her it was not a big deal at all, of course, I was just curious. We ate our meal and everything was delicious as usual. After making the chocolate and giving us the dippers for it, Rosanna came out with something hidden behind her back. She actually had a co-worker stop on his way into work to pick up some peeps for us! Are you kidding?! Who does that?? We were totally fine without the peeps, but this gesture was really great and made our experience even better. Kudos to Rosanna for going way beyond expectations. Thank you so much!!!! It really made our day! ”

“ Went for a last minute anniversary dinner and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they made our table and setup a romantic dinner. Our server was fantastic, she really made our day with her kindness and patience! The place feels romantic with the low lights and the quiet atmosphere. The food was great albeit a bit pricey. The cheese fondue was top notch, it comes accompanied withvbread and veggies. The salad was also delicious. The main course was a mixed experience. I don't think the steak worked well with the mojo broth but everything else was decent. The chocolate fondue was also good, it comes with waffles, brownies, and other sweet goodies as well as fruit so you get to try different flavors eith the chocolate. The drink selection was great, I had the whiskey business and it was perfectly balanced and nicely garnished. Overall a great experience for special occasions but food-wise I feel I can get a better meal elsewhere for that price. ”
“ Lauren and Shey gave me and my two friends the best service I have ever received! I loved their upbeat personalities and how on top of everything they were. They made amazing cappuccinos and they had a very good understanding of the menu and explained everything that was given to us. I had a really good experience because making the food was fun and the service was some of the best I ever had. Would recommend and I would definitely recommend asking for either of those servers! ”
“ My husband and I had the best experience here a a few weeks ago! Our server Jess was truly so kind and attentive. She was super friendly and made our anniversary dinner a delight. Genuinely went above and beyond for us and provided such a wonderful experience. The food was delicious & we will definitely be going back. The manager Declan also stopped by our table to check on us and see how we were doing which was really nice! Can’t wait for our next special occasion to come back to eat here, I’m already so excited! ”
“ My girlfriends and I got together for a good time. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked into this really cute spot. We were sat by the hostess and served by Spencer and he was great! We started with the cocktails and I got the old fashioned which was really good. My friends enjoyed their cocktails. For out fondue we started with the cheese and we ordered the Wisconsin Cheddar and the Spinach it came with some chips and vegetables and fruit. It was made in front of us! I wasn't a fan of the Wisconsin Cheddar but the Spinach was good! We then had the chocolate of the Pure milk chocolate and the Flaming Turtle. That came with the banana, brownies, blondie, etc. I really liked both but the Flaming Turtle was my favorite! I really enjoyed my time! ”
“ Valentines day tables and decorations all over. It was expensive but worth the experience overall for all the food we got. Only issue is We couldn't change the salad option or the chocolate as it was a set Valentines day menu. We tried new things. ”
